Leadcom was created with the main idea of education and self-improvement. To create a safe place that connects business and people socially and environmentally conscious for the benefit of humanity. To help people to achieve their personal and professional goals, to develop better working relationships, and to become more effective.
Born in Teresina, the capital of the state of Piaui in Brazil, mister Silva was raised in a strong Christian family where morals and ethics were a foundation in his education as well as loving and kindness towards others.
After several years of church service and leadership role, he became a pastor of his family church, where he served for 10 years until he came to USA in 2000, where se served church for another 5 years.
His skills in leadership and communication brought to the financial industry, and he became licensed by the state of Illinos and Texas to produce, recruit, and train people to become licensed. In that role, he became very prolific in finances.
in 2013, a management company hired him to advise builders and workers on insurance and safety regulations.
In August 2023, he became certified as a public speaker, coach, and trainer by John Maxwell Group, a well-known company that has trained more than 5 million people in the world. John Maxwell is a best seller author, speaker, and pastor who has written many books, primarily focusing on leadership.
